My Life for chemistry


My Name is Devi Anggraini Putri. This name has not important mean. But the name was began when i was still in the womb, at the night my sweet Father had a dream that he met unknown person and he said if your child was born, he should give the name is “anggra”, because your child will be a great person. Yeah like that. Commonly, people calling me is Devi. That name is my small name when i was a baby. That's right. What means a name for? I believe that my parents give me a name with good judgment and very serious about it. The important is my mother giving birth to me and my father taking care to me. My high hope makes them happy in the world and the day after. This is my appreciation for both of them. Hope it will be true exactly. Amin.

Now, i am 19th years old. I was born in August 25th 1993 in madura where the place my father born. I am the first child from three children. I have one sister and one younger brother. Nowdays, iam study in Institute Technology of Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya (ITS) in Department of Chemistry. I never thought if I would be a scientist then a chemist. Because chemistry is my second choose when i registered for study in the college. My first choose was chemical engineering but i never thought would be a engineers too. what be confused right?!. I just like with chemistry so i choose all title about chemistry like department of chemical engineering or chemistry. This was began when i was in senior high school i followed in national science olympiad 2010 at district level and i was to be the runner up in chemistry site. However, i didn't believe that, But this was real and i shocked about it. That is my interest experience when i was in school. and it will be my learning that what we try, what we get. Thanks to my God Allah SWT. Back to about chemistry, besides my love to chemistry was created when i knew if all about universe is chemistry. Chemistry is a complicated science so i feel learning about chemistry is a challenge for me. How not? We learn something which can’t see with a naked eye and very hard to imagine like structure in atoms and molecular and reaction between chemical compound and another. Even, my friends said if we learn about something is difficult. Yes like that. It makes me more curiousity about chemistry. I hope i can learn it then success to be a scientist. Amin

Pernahkah kamu mengalami stres yang berkepanjanagan di tengah jalan raya dan di bawah teriknya sinar matahari?  Pasti deh kejebak macet, lampu lalu lintas yang tak kunjung menghijau atau menunggu di depan lintasan kereta api yang tak kunjung melintas. Hal tersebut pasti sering kita alami, khususnya bagi pejalan kaki dan pengguna sepeda motor. Panas, gerah, polusi udara, sesak nafas identik sering kita rasakan. Harus siap-siap pakai jaket tertutup, sarung tangan, kaos kaki, dan masker setebal bantal, biar gak sampai ke hidung polusinya. Ya polusi yang disebabkan karena emisi kendaraan bermotor pastinya. Meskipun sadar akan hal ini, namun warga Indonesia tetap berlomba-lomba untuk menggunakan kendaraan bermotor pribadi ketika beraktifitas. Ya beginilah Indonesia J Berbicara masalah polusi selalu identik dengan pencemaran udara. Memang sih tidak sepenuhnya polusi udara itu disebabkan oleh emisi kendaraan bermotor, bisa juga disebabkan oleh emisi pabrik atau pembakaran hut...

Friends and Family

Never in my mind if I will have a wonderful friends in my life. But this is right. They were learn me about all of lessons in life. Either insight, hard work, optimist, build high dream or togetherness is the most important. We are twelve peoples who give training then to be role model, inspirator, and motivator for those of students in Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember. We are Rizky, Windy, Zul, Ade, Addien, Wim, Ahmet, Bobby, Farid, Adit, Gusti, Philin, Gesti, Irma, Leo, Aini, Jona, Ayu and me actually. Not only we had given training to other students but also we had tried to build a good condition for Scientific life in our campus. Revolusi members and lecturer held a communal course for all of undergraduate students who took Insight of Technology and Scientific Communication course. Department of Chemistry ITS

This story about how we held some events to develop student’s skill such as public speaking training, self management training, and some of. Well, in that time I had given a belief to be a Chief in Department Research and Technology of my Student Organization. I almost haven’t time to enjoy and to relax my body for seconds cause I had joined in this Organization. But this is so interesting truly not only to build a professional work for my soft skill but also to build a good networking with other peoples for more relations. This was our events. I got more and more experience.  She is my beloved Partner in Department Research and Technology. She is my love secretary. The best ever partner.
